Refund Policy
Terms governing refunds for VoxaIP subscriptions.
1. Scope
This Refund Policy applies to subscription fees paid for VoxaIP services supplied by TivaraTech Solutions Digitals (Pty) Ltd. Hardware, third-party licences, and once-off setup fees are excluded unless stated in your order confirmation.
2. Free trial
New accounts may receive a 14-day free trial. No charge is applied during the trial. Cancel before the trial ends to avoid billing. Trials convert to paid subscriptions automatically unless cancelled.
3. Monthly subscriptions
Monthly plans are billed in advance. You may cancel at any time; cancellation takes effect at the end of the current billing period. We do not provide pro-rata refunds for unused days within a paid month, except where required by the Consumer Protection Act (CPA).
4. Annual subscriptions
Annual plans paid upfront qualify for a pro-rata refund within 30 days of purchase if you have not materially used the service (defined as fewer than 100 call minutes on VoxaIP). After 30 days, annual fees are non-refundable except at our discretion or where the CPA requires otherwise.
5. Service credits
If we fail to meet our published 99.9% uptime SLA in a calendar month, you may request a service credit equal to one day's subscription fee per affected user. Credits are applied to future invoices and are not redeemable for cash.
6. How to request a refund
Email billing@voxaip.co.za with your account number, invoice reference, and reason for the request. We respond within 5 business days. Approved refunds are processed to the original payment method within 10 business days.
7. Chargebacks
Please contact us before initiating a chargeback. Unresolved chargebacks may result in account suspension pending investigation, in line with our payment gateway partner's dispute procedures.
